Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Tina Caron Portraits & Fine Art.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for session fees paid to schedule with the studio as well as digital and printed products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Tina Caron Portraits & Fine Art, 4952 Cliburn Dr, Keller, TX 76244.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service or in person in your home, or at the studio.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Tina Caron Portraits & Fine Art, accessible from https://www.tinacaron.com

You means the individual accessing or using the Service or conducting business in person, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service or conducting business in person, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Headshot, Portrait, Dreamweaver, and Fine Art Commission booking fees are non-refundable. We are happy to accommodate rescheduling based on studio availability. Reschedule requests may incur a rescheduling fee equal to the original booking fee paid. In the circumstance whereby additional services are included with the session, such as hair and makeup artists, additional assistants, or location reservation and permitting fees, these fees may be retained regardless of sufficient notice should the third party also impose a rescheduling fee. If you have inclusions such as spending credit or images as part of your booking fee, those will be retained for your use in combination with any inclusions with your rescheduling booking fee.

You are entitled to cancel Your Portrait Session, Dreamweaver, or Fine Art Commission Order (hereby referred to as Your Session Order) within 24 hours following your ordering appointment without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling Your Session Order is 24 hours from the date on which You placed your order for the Goods. Once 24 hours have passed, Your Session Order is considered final and production will begin.

Services Rendered

Booking fees may include consultation, design, ordering, and delivery/installation appointments, in addition to your portrait session. The Company will be available at the agreed upon meeting location at the date and time of your appointment(s). Once any one of these appointments has either been conducted or the appointment date and time has passed without the ability to complete the appointment (i.e. no-shows, day-of cancellations, etc), it is considered that agreed services have been rendered, regardless of your decision to complete a final purchase order from your portrait session.

No refunds will be issued in the event that you do not attend one/any/all of your scheduled appointments, or decide to terminate the portrait process before all appointments have been completed. Chargebacks will be considered theft of services and reported as such.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

·      

The supply of Goods delivered in digital formats.

·      

The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

·      

The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

·      

The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged. Digitally delivered items can not be exchanged.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
